Nice doctor, nice inviting receptionist but cant for the life of them of for that matter the life of my 15 yrs son they have been denying my son medication sending them all across laredo to none which i asked for called to ask where their majestiy finallay decided where to leave my son medicine 1 still cant find themcan i report them to a medical board or something this is so wrong and infuriating ITS MY SONS MEDICINE how dare they play with such a thing

I used to come here often until one day they charged me as a deductible. I have always paid my pcp fee which is $25. I firmly believe they are either scamming or they lack training. I paid around $70-$90. i called my insurance. Which they further investigated and confirmed that it should be a pcp charge. They said itll take 2 weeks for them to refund me. I wasnt going to write a review until i found out that this is still happening to others. I had a family member have the same ecounter and told them to immediately call their insurance company. There are no specialists here, just general physicians.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They denied services to a child because the child got seen at the ER day before they said it has to be 24 hours for him to be seen again or insurance won’t cover, since when do you use your insurance every 24, hours only ! No the issue here is they can’t bill for the initial visit and have to bill lower because it’s the same chief complaint! Like when you go to er and then see a doc it’s billed as a hospital follow up! So instead they turn away a child with fever and stomach pains

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to get a simple physical done and they had me waiting for literally an hour. Patients that were getting there after me were leaving first. Saw several other people that were there when they opened and they also had to wait over an hour. You’re better off going to these urgent care places in Laredo, they’re don’t have you waiting there for simple things like these. Never going back there, they’re just wasting time.

Excellent staff. The physician that assisted us took her time in talking with the patient and fully examining the patient. For the first time I didn't feel rushed nor that the Dr. was also in a hurry. I really recommend this clinic. There is also a pharmacy right next door, so it is even more convenient.
